St Camillus Healing Box
This box can be created to offer healing energy to those in
need. This is a simple concept which is strengthened with the love and devotion
that St Camillus had for helping the sick.
For this spiritual work you will need a small wooden box. I don’t believe in using plastic in spiritual
practices and find that wood brings strength and an added element to the work
at hand. If you cannot find a wooden box
the next best thing would be cardboard or paper mache (but wood is the absolute
best).
The box can be left simple or you could decorate it in any
way you like. I know many people who
decorate these healing boxes with glitter, sequins, pictures, written prayers,
or shells. As for myself I like to
decorate the outside with the Golden Mean Spiral since this spiral in sacred
geometry contains much healing abilities.
The Golden Mean Spiral is found throughout life and is very powerful.
Once you have the box decorated the way you want the bottom
inside of the box should be fitted with a piece of blue felt cut to size.
Inside, under the lid, a small mirror should be glued with the mirror facing
the inside when the lid is closed. This
magnifies and keeps the healing energy inside.
You can purchase small cut mirrors at any craft store for about 50
cents.
Next, light a candle to St Camillus and ask for the box to
contain his essence, love, and strength for the purpose of healing those in
need. While the candle burns the box is left to the right of the candle, yet
away from the heat of it and should remain there until the candle is consumed.
Once the candle goes out, place a prayer card or a printed
image of St Camillus inside the box which was previously sprayed lightly with
Holy Water, this should remain inside at all times. You can also place other items inside to
further add healing strength such as a clear quartz (quartz magnifies).
To the box you can then add hand written names or photos of
those who need healing. The names or
photos are kept inside the box until relief from their illness is granted. Once granted, the name or photo of the person
is left on the grounds of the church.
Some people like to burn the names or photos but I feel that burning an
image or the representation of a person is too harsh. Leaving them in the church seems to me the
proper way to go.
Once a week you offer St Camillus prayer asking for his
intersession in healing and the outside of the box is lightly misted with Holy
Water. This is a very good way of
sending healing to anyone in need and is powerful in absent healing.
Saint Camillus Prayer for Healing
Lord god, you taught us that the commandments of heaven are
summarized in love, of you and our neighbor.
Father, you gave your faithful servant St. Camillus, a very special love
for the sick. Through his example and
inspiration we pray for your grace so that we may be faithful in our commitment
of love for those entrusted to our care. Saint Camillus, your compassion for
the sick led you to found the Servants of the Sick. Infuse this sacred box of healing with your
compassionate spirit. Amen.

To Break Up a Couple
1 Lemon
Bat blood oil
Black pepper
1 rusty nail
Cayenne Pepper
9 black dressmakers pins (the ones with the colored balls on
the end)
1 yard of black fabric
Black yarn
9 Black Candles (free standing)
Dirty paper (go out and rub it all over the dirt if you have
to)
Black Ink Pen
6 Aspirin tablets
Holy Water
glass jar with a lid
white vinegar
Dress the nine candles with the bat blood oil and the black
pepper. Rip two small pieces of the dirty paper. You want rough edges on the
paper that’s why you rip it instead of cutting it. In black ink, write the girls
name 9 times on one piece of the dirty paper and write the name of the man 9
times on the other piece of dirty paper. Write the names as small as you can
and rip the paper around the names so that you can get the paper a small size
too. You will light one candle every day for 9 days but you dress them all at
once. Light one of the black candles. Cut the lemon in half. Pick up one half
of the lemon and insert one of the name papers into one half of the lemon and
the other name paper into the other half of the lemon. Push and manipulate the
paper until it’s inside the lemon. Sprinkle both lemon halves with Holy Water
and say...
I Baptize you as (Girls name) in the Name of the Father, Son
and Holy Ghost. From Now on you will be known as (Girls name). Repeat this
baptism with the other half of the lemon for the mans name. Now with the girls half of the lemon insert 3
Aspirin into the pulp. As you do say... (girls name), your relationship with (mans
name) will sour. Every time you are in his presence a sour taste will come into
your mouth. Repeat this process with the mans half of the lemon. This time
say... (mans name), your relationship
with (girls name) will sour. Every time you are in her presence a sour taste
will come into your mouth. Over each half of the lemon skin mark an invisible
an X across the skin of the lemon using your thumb and say... I curse you and
command you break your relationship. Do
this with both lemon halves. Sprinkle
each lemon half with cayenne pepper on all sides and say... I curse you and
command you break this relationship. Put the two lemon halves back together
with the rusty nail between them. And put the lemon back together with the
pins, the pins should hold it together. As you insert the pins, curse the
couple nine times by saying... If you do not obey my command to breakup this
relationship you will suffer in the fires of hell for eternity Then wrap the
lemon in the black fabric and begin to bind it with the black yarn. As you wrap
the lemon, tie the yarn in nine knots and place the lemon near the candle. For
the next eight days repeating the curse you put on the couple. The one that
states you’ll burn in the fires of hell and tell them both that the only way to
end their bad luck is to break up. Each night place the remaining candle wax
and any other remains of the ritual in a jar. After nine days, cut off the yarn and fabric
from the lemon. Remove the nine pins and separate the lemon and bury the mans
half of the lemon in the backyard where the sun does not shine, like under a
bush. So you might want to get creative and find a way for you to identify
who’s half is who’s. With the girls half
of the lemon place it in the jar with all the remains you have been collecting
and fill the jar with vinegar. Wrap the jar in black fabric and tie it up with
black yarn, making nine knots as before. Take the jar and dispose of it in a
public dumpster. Call the girl by name and command her to leave. Walk away and
don't look back.

Energy Dowsing With L Rods
Dowsing has been used for centuries as a means to find
water, minerals, and other underground things.
In the old days it was common to see people walking around in a field
with a forked tree stem in search for underground water. Dowsing, also called “water witching” is
still used today. Cities, large
companies and even the military hire dowsers.
All spiritual workers can benefit from dowsing. We can use it to dowse (look) for spirit
activity in the home, find negative energies, potential dangers, and we can
even use dowsing to find “power spots” in our home. These power spots are particular areas of the
home that are most beneficial to us....a spot we are stronger in....more
powerful in....more comfortable in....more in tune...more aware......more
spiritually linked.....and more intuitive.
Although there are several methods (tools) we can use for
dowsing two of my favorite are the pendulum and the L rods. Most people have heard of a pendulum and have
either tried it a couple of times or use it on a daily basis.........fewer
people have heard of the L rods and many have never tried it before in their
life. So today I am going to give you a
lesson in L rods and how to easily construct your own set.
L rods are simply two bent pieces of metal which work with the
surrounding energy and with your own subconscious. Like the pendulum you can ask a question and
direct the way you want them to answer such as “cross together when you are
over my power spot” or “open away from each other when you are over my power
spot”. You then start walking and when
they have found your location of power they will cross over each other or
separate from each other.
Okay, let’s make a pair of L rods. Go to your closet and select two wire coat
hangers that are fairly straight. Get
some wire cutters and snip off the long wire at the bottom (the long eng where
you would hang your pants). Bend one end
of each rod into a 90 degree L shape.
For comfort and to make sure the rods swings freely in your hands make
sure to cut the short end of the wire (grip) to hang at least one inch below
your hand when holding them. I like my
hand grips to be about 5 inches long and the long end (pointer) to be about 15
inches long. Now you got yourself a set
of L rods.
Hold them loosely in your hands with the top (pointer) wire
tilted slightly downwards and spin them around to make sure they move freely,
loosen up your grip if they don’t. You
want the rods to easily spin in your hands in order for them to answer
you. Get comfortable holding them. Walk around the house so that you get use to
walking with them. Once you feel
comfortable with the rods it’s now time to program them.
Programming
Stand up straight and hold the rods in front of you with the
tips slightly pointing down. This will
help to control them from swinging all over the place. Concentrate.
Tell the rods “swing outwards for no” and deliberately swing the rods
away from each other with each of the rods pointing away from you. Say “this is no”. Now bring the pointers to the search position
(straight out in front of you). Now say
“swing inwards and cross over each other for yes”. Deliberately swing the rods inwards until
they are crossing (inwards). Say “this
is yes”. Now ask “show me no” and wait
for the rods to respond. Then say “show
me yes”. This may take several attempts
at programming before you get them to answer you....but they will.....keep
trying. Soon they will begin to swing on
their own showing you the yes and no answer.
Once the rods are moving on their own you can begin practicing
searching for little things. Try having someone hide a coin under a rug and
allowing the rods to tell you where it is.
Ask the rods to cross over each other when they are over the coin. Then go on to asking the rods to show you
where your power spots are in the home, where there is spirit activity, etc...
Maybe you want to go out into your front yard and search for underground water
lines or electrical lines. Some people
dowse their backyards to find the best place to plant a garden. The dowsing possibilities are endless.

The Fourteen Holy Helpers
The Fourteen Holy Helpers are a group of Catholic Saints who
have proven themselves to be very powerful in not only healing but also who
have proven themselves to answer requests in other areas as well. Each of these
Saints specializes in certain illnesses and particular areas but they are all
invoked as a group. Following are The Fourteen Holy Helpers and what they are
known for.
St Achatius: headaches
St Barbara: fever, protection from fire and sudden death
St Blaise: any illness of the throat
St Catherine of Alexandria:
sudden death, any disease of the tongue
St Christopher: protection from storms, plague and sudden
death
St Cyriacus: any disease of the eyes and demonic possession
St Denis: headaches and demonic possession
St Erasmus: any disease of the stomach or intestines and
protecting domestic animals
St Eustachius: protection from fire, all kinds of
difficulties, family troubles,
St George: herpes and protecting
domestic animals

St Margaret of Antioch:
backache and safe childbirth
St Pantaleon: consumption, physicians and protecting
domestic animals
St Vitus: epilepsy, chorea, lethargy, poisonous bites,
epilepsy and protection from storms
These are a great group of Patron Saints to call on when
illness arises and healing is needed. You can pray the litany of the Fourteen
Holy Helpers or use the following short prayer in asking for their assistance.
Fourteen Holy Helpers, select friends of God, I honor each
of you as mighty intercessors. I come to you in confidence that you will hear
my plea of help and come to assist me in my needs (request). Grant me this
request I humbly make with full faith and love. Amen.

Making Magical Bath Salts
For many of us the only way to keep a large supply of
magical preparations in stock is to make them ourselves. Besides prescribing spiritual baths to my
clients I also like to use the mixtures myself.
Not only can this get expensive but waiting for ingredients to be
ordered and shipped can be times consuming.
I like having things already in stock and available when I need
them.
Besides the savings of preparing bath mixtures yourself I
believe there is also a great benefit of homemade supplies. In my opinion, not only are you certain of
what goes in to your mixtures but you empower them at the same time. Preparing a spiritual mixture yourself is far
more powerful then anything you can purchase from a supplier. You add your essence, your power, and your
strength to the finished product.
Making them yourself is inexpensive and easy to do. In this article I will guide you through the
steps of preparing a powerful and far less costly supply of spiritual
baths. You can make as much as you want
without going broke.
Preparing the Base
You will first need to prepare a base for your baths. Once you make the base you can use it to
prepare different types of spiritual baths.
To this base you will be adding herbs, plants, scents, or essential
oils. Base recipe follows:
Base Recipe
3 parts Epsom Salts
2 parts Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda)
1 part Sea Salt
1 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil for moisturizing
(optional)
Carefully measure out the above ingredients and add them
together in a large bowl. Mix well.
Do not replace the above salts with kosher salt or rock
salt. Kosher and rock salt are sodium
chloride which can be very drying and irritating to the skin. Kosher and rock salt can also be harmful to
people who suffer from high blood pressure or edema. Yes, these salts are cheaper but they are not
worth the risk.
Keep in mind that sea salt comes in several grain
sizes. The courser the grains you
choose, the longer the salt will take to dissolve in the tub.
Adding Color
Adding color to your bath salts can increase its power but
it also helps you to identify the type of salt it is intended for. When making your bath salts you want to add
the color before you add any herbs, oils, or fragrances. Of course you don’t have to add color to your
bath salts at all. Basically, there are
three types of pigments you can add to your baths.
Powdered Mica
Powdered mica will impart a soft tint which is all that’s
needed for spiritual bath preparations. When
adding mica powder, only add a tiny amount and stir well.
FD&C Dyes
Some people use this in a glycerin base, but that can make
your bath salts clump so watch out. This
is probably my least favorite for coloring but I had to mention it anyway. When adding FD&C grade liquid dye, be
sure to add only a drop at a time and stir well.
Powdered Soap
Colorant
These are available in a variety of colors.
Go slow when adding tint to your salts. A little goes a long way. Using too much FD&C Dye or Powdered Mica can
stain the skin and tub. It is also
important that you make sure that you are using “skin safe” colorants. If you’re worried about adding tint don’t add
it at all.
Adding Oils, Herbs,
or Fragrance
Warning: Be sure to do your own research to the
effects of oil, herbs, and fragrances that you add to your mixtures. Some are very irritating to the skin, cause
reactions, and others are not fit for certain types of medical conditions
and/or pregnant women. Know your
ingredients before using them.
If you are going to use essential oils in your mixture you
basically want to add one or two drops at a time until you get the desired
scent. Do not use more than 10 drops of
essential oil. More than this can be
irritating to the skin. Fragrant oils
tend to be less costly than essential oils.
Alternatively you can add crushed plants. Botanicals can add both color and scent to
your salts.
Your sensitivity level will determine which fragrances or
botanicals you find soothing or irritating, so make sure you test your skin for
sensitivity before immersing yourself in a bath enhanced with potentially
irritating fragrances.
CAUTION: Essential
oils may cause sensitivity to your skin.
Oils you should avoid in your bath salts include but are not limited to:
basil, oregano, thyme, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, and bay. Consult your physician before using essential
oils if you have high blood pressure, are pregnant or have other medical
concerns.
Store your bath salts in a glass container with a tightly
fitting lid.
To Use
Add ½ cup of the salts to running bath water. Mix well to ensure that the salt has
dispersed well in the tub before entering.

Saint Sara la Kali
Saint Sara la Kali is known for her powers to heal and give
success and cleanse the bad habits and problems of your past. She’s a good
Saint to work with if you feel you are being blocked or if you have enemies. You
can also call on her for good luck, fertility, healing, and general success in
business matters.
Legend says that Sara begged for alms to sustain her masters
(the Maries) or perhaps they were just her companions. Sara and the other Maries are connected to
sea ports (especially that in Southern France)
due to stories of her aid in saving the Maries at sea. This and other legends have simply created a
deep and moving mystery around this Saint.
On feast day Sara la Kali is dressed in layers of cloaks
representing the prayers and petitions of all that have come to ask her
help. During her festival, those who
seek her healing and blessings come to touch her skirts, put scarves around her
neck, light candles, and give thanks for miracles and prayers answered. She is petitioned to take away bad habits, bad
luck, poverty and bad health (among many problems)… to take them with her as
the scarves and cloaks that she is wrapped within.
Later, the statue of Saint Sara is carried down to the sea
normally a walk of just a few minutes, but now takes hours due to the throngs
of her followers. The statue is immersed
in the sea taking all the problems out to sea (that were petitioned) and
everyone enters the water as it is now sanctified and they too can be washed of
their problems; it is an act of purification to be washed by the sea after this
ritual. The group is led by elders of
the town on white horses.
I have always thought this feast gathering was so beautiful.
There is so much power and faith involved ... so spiritual... always brings a
tear to my eye.

Okay, I’ve decided to keep the blog going so I’ll be posting
here more often.:-)
Spiritual Fumigation (smudging)
Ask a handful of people and you’ll get a handful of
different answers...that’s my thought on spiritual fumigation. People call “smudging” many different
things. I have always called it
“spiritual fumigation” or simply “spiritual cleansing”. In a nutshell, smudging is purification by
smoke no matter what name you give it.
Spiritual cleansing can take on many forms and different
tools can be used to accomplish the same task. You can give a spiritual
cleansing (limpia) with different tools such as raw eggs, crucifixes, brass,
lemons, limes, fresh herbs, tobacco, special herbal liquids, smoke and several
other methods. So I thought I would write up something to help those of you who
are new to smudging.
When smudging certain plants are dried and burned. The smoke
from the burning plant is used as spiritual hygiene to clear away unwanted
clutter from your mind, body and spirit. The smoke bath is used for restoring
balance and to purify your entire being. It also helps you to connect with the
spirit and for protection purposes. Different cultures and belief systems have
their own methods for accomplishing this. People, homes, businesses, objects,
indoor, and outdoor spaces can be spiritually cleansed by this method.
When you take a smudge bath the smoke absorbs any negative
energy and releases it away from you.
Many Curanderas and other healers use this method to clear away
spiritual illnesses and the remains (energy) of real illnesses. This is even
used as a complimentary system to healing physical illnesses as well, to
enhance the person’s regular medical treatment. It isn’t uncommon to see a
smudging ceremony taking place after an event such as an argument, a long trip,
and even a death.
Smudge sticks are a form of incense. They are made from a
bundle of a single herb or a combination of herbs tied together and left to
dry. Once the plant material is dry it ignites creating a scared smoke. These
sticks come in different sizes and different widths.
Some of the most common plants for smudging are Sage, Cedar,
Lavender, or a combination of these. To burn a smudge stick you will need a
heat proof container to hold the burning plant material and to catch the
falling embers. Some people just use a simple heatproof plate, others use a
heatproof container filled with sand, and others may opt to use an abalone
shell (my favorite). Just keep in mind that the container will get hot. When
using them never all allow the stick to burn with open flames. You just want it
to smolder.
To use a smudge stick do not unwrap the string that is
holding the herbs together. Light one end of the stick and blow the flame. It
should begin to smolder, if not you may have to relight it. Once you see that
it’s releasing some smoke hold the stick firmly in one hand over the container
that you are holding in the other hand.
If you are cleansing a person try to allow the smoke to come
in contact with the entire body. You can either pass the smoldering stick all
around the person (holding the container underneath to catch the embers) or
hold the stick in one spot and use your hand to direct the smoke towards the
person. If you are cleansing a home or business begin at the back part of the
building and work your way towards the front entrance. Fumigate every single
room and pay attention to the corners. If you are cleansing an object you can
either set the smoldering plant on a heatproof surface and pass the object
through the smoke, turning it over and around until the smoke has come in
contact with all sides of the object. When you’re done extinguish the smudge
stick completely.
